- 8 ounces of freshly ground meat (formed into two patties of 4 ounces)
- 2-slice American, Cheddar, or Swiss cheese
- Toppings as desired (e.g., scallions, lettuce, pickles, sauces)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: make up the instant Ramen noodles compatible to the instructions on the package draining them around 1 minute prior to the recommended cooking time. Place the noodles on a baking tray to dry and cool. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
