- 1 Cup (113 grams) whole coffee beans
- Four cups (907 grams) water
Instructions
- Coarsely grind the coffee Utilize a grinder for coffee to grind the beans into a fine texture that resembles cornmeal.
- Mix Coffee with Water in an enormous container, add the coffee that has been coarsely ground and add the water. Then, stir gently to assure that all the grounds are soaked.
- Steep overnight Cover the container with a lid and allow it to infuse at ambient temp or inside the refrigerator for approximately 12 hours.
- Strain the coffee After steeping in a fine-mesh strainer, line it with cheesecloth, then pour the coffee mix through it, separating the grounds.
- Keep the Cold Coffee: Pour the strained coffee into a jar or bottle and keep it in the refrigerator for up to an entire week.
- Serve and enjoy Drink and Enjoy: Mix the cold coffee by adding milk or water to taste, then serve it over the ice.
