Ingredients

  • 2 slices ham, chopped (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tomato (optional)
  • 2 fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chunky salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Crack the eggs into a large resealable freezer bag. Press out most of the air and seal it.
  3. Shake or squeeze the bag to beat the eggs.
  4. Open the bag, and add the ham, Cheddar cheese, tomato, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, and salsa. Get the maximum amount of air is possible and then seal the bag.
  5. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Put the bags (up as 8 bags in one time) in the water that is boiling. Cook for exactly 13 minutes.
  6. Open the bag and let the omelet roll out onto a plate. The omelet should roll out easily.
