Ingredients

  • (16 crackers (your choice)
  • 8 ounces of cheese (sliced or cubes)
  • Additional toppings available:
    • 1 fruit (fresh, sliced, or dried)
    • 2 Tablespoons preserved (jam or jelly or Chutney)
    • 1/4 cup walnuts (pecans, almonds and walnuts)
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • 1 cup fresh or dried herbs (like rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

1. Arrange the crackers Begin by placing your selected crackers on a platter. Mix and match different kinds for a greater visual impact.

2. Add the cheese Slices or cubes of cheese the top on each of the crackers. Be sure to select different cheeses to delight different palates. Think creamy Brie, sharp cheddar or the tangy goat cheese.
