Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with 'the mother'
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup cold water 8-10 oz

Optional

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Fill a glass with 8-10 oz of cold water.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  • Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • Optional: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.
  • Stir thoroughly and serve immediately.

Notes

Best consumed in the morning before breakfast. Use a straw to protect teeth from vinegar acidity. Optional sweeteners or ice may be added to taste.
