Ingredients
  

  • 2 pasture-raised eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onions and red pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
