  • 1 lb pasta rotini or penne
  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Toss well to combine.
