Ingredients
  

Wrap Base

  • 1 cup cottage cheese thick and well-blended
  • 1 egg optional for structure
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg (if using), and salt. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread into a thin circle or rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and wrap lifts easily from the sheet.
  • Let the wrap cool for 5 minutes before filling with your choice of ingredients and rolling it up.

Notes

You can make this wrap egg-free using flaxseed meal or arrowroot. Customize fillings with sweet or savory options like turkey, avocado, berries, or honey.
