  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 Cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • Half teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 Cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the butter heavy whipping cream along with cream cheese. In a medium-high heat, cook the mixture stirring until the mixture melts and is smooth.
  • Incorporate Flavor Mix in minced garlic and garlic powder Italian spice, salt and pepper. Continue whisking until the ingredients are well incorporated so that the mixture is silky smooth.
  • Add Cheese Gradually add your chopped Parmesan cheese and stir it continuously until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce becomes slightly thicker.
  • Simmer The sauce should be brought to a low simmer and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes for flavors to blend with the sauce and thicken up to the desired consistency.
