Instructions
Pour 1 cup of warm or cold water into a glass.
Add juice of half a fresh lemon.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey.
Add about ½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and stir well.
Enjoy immediately. Optionally chill or add mint or ice.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Feel free to customize with mint, yuzu, lime or serve iced. Keeps about a day refrigerated.
