  • 1 cup water warm or cold
  • ½ lemon (juiced) fresh
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup of warm or cold water into a glass.
  • Add juice of half a fresh lemon.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey.
  • Add about ½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and stir well.
  • Enjoy immediately. Optionally chill or add mint or ice.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Feel free to customize with mint, yuzu, lime or serve iced. Keeps about a day refrigerated.
