Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 sheet nori
  • 2 oz prepared unagi
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons sushi vinegar
  • Unagi sauce for drizzling
  • Optional: sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Prepare sushi rice according to package
  • Spread rice on nori
  • Layer unagi and avocado
  • Roll tightly
  • Cut and serve
