Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup tempura mix
  • 4-6 nori sheets
  • Rice vinegar sugar, salt (for seasoning rice)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Rinse rice until water runs clear
  • Cook rice according to instructions
  • Cut chicken into strips
  • Prepare tempura batter
  • Fry chicken at 325-375°F
  • Assemble rolls
