Ingredients
  

Butterfinger Balls Mixture

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter not the natural kind
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.75 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars

Chocolate Coating

  • 8 oz chocolate bark or melting wafers for coating
  • extra crushed Butterfingers, sea salt, or sprinkles optional toppings

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, blend peanut butter and softened butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until combined. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger pieces.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Dip each ball in chocolate and let excess drip off.
  • Decorate with optional toppings while chocolate is still soft. Let them set in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can switch it up with white chocolate, add Rice Krispies for crunch, or make them gluten-free or vegan with substitutions.
