Chicken and Sauce

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  • In the same skillet, add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, chicken broth, and Italian herbs. Simmer gently without boiling.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions. Drain.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet to finish cooking in the sauce. Then add the pasta and toss well to coat.
  • Serve hot, optionally with additional Parmesan sprinkled on top.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or fresh spinach to the sauce. Avoid boiling the cream to keep it silky. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days and reheated gently with a splash of milk or cream.
