  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for spice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
  • Gradually add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until a smooth sauce forms.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the cheese sauce over the top.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Pair with steamed broccoli, roasted vegetables, or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete meal. Garnish with fresh parsley or crispy bacon bits for extra flavor.
