Ingredients
  

Base Mixture

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Mix

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Coating

  • additional graham cracker crumbs for coating

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and mix it with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  • Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips until well combined.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour to firm it up.
  • Once chilled, roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls.
  • Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill again for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with add-ins like chopped nuts, dried fruit, or flavored chips. These treats freeze well and can be made gluten- or dairy-free with simple substitutions.
