Rotel Dip Base

Rotel tomatoes

Velveeta cheese

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
Drain excess grease and return the meat to the pan.
Add the Rotel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese to the pan.
Stir continuously over low heat until the cheese melts and the dip is smooth.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeƱos or a splash of hot sauce. Keep the dip warm in a slow cooker for extended serving time.
