  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice fresh, about 1/4 lemon
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Pour warm filtered water into a clean glass.
  • Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and honey (if using), then stir well.
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
